Cancelation Policy

First session with Jenn? Please download and complete the Massage Intake & Consent Form (it's a fillable PDF), then email it back to jennleesuperstar@gmail.com. You can find it at jennleesuperstar.com/more-info, or via the website dropdown "Services-Before Your Appointment" tab. Let's save paper whenever we can! :) Cancellation Policy: Please cancel your scheduled appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 24-hour notice will result in billing for your dedicated appointment time. Late Policy: Please call/text Jenn (518) 227-1337 if you're running late. Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so the client following is not penalized. It is at your therapist's discretion if time allows for an extended session. Thank you for understanding.
