Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment in order to fill out intake/consent forms and settle in.
what to wear?
Wear or bring comfortable/workout clothing to accommodate different options to address your specific needs. MASKS ARE OPTIONAL. I will wear a mask at your request.
payment options
Save time and pay ahead! When you book your appointment online, you can pay via credit card or PayPal. If you choose to pay at the time of service, I accept cash, check, Venmo (@jennleesuperstar) or Zelle.
gratuity
Always appreciated and gratefully accepted; never required.
There's not (yet) an option to add gratuity if you are paying online via credit card, but you can tip with a separate transaction via PayPal or Venmo.
What if i need to reschedule/cancel?
Please reschedule with more than 24-hr advance notice if possible.
Clients having a cold, flu, fever or in active phase of illness are urged to cancel or reschedule their appointment and will not be charged.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours of scheduled time will be charged for the full amount of service.
